I was either on this street or a very similar one... there was an amazing anime/stationary hodge podgery of a shop atop of one of them... (like about a million places in japan, not unique in ANY WAY... but I just liked that one alot)
I also bought my converse one-stars that i have been wearing all around europe at an ABC there for 30 bucks.

It's strange to think I was there a few weeks ago.
