...The World's Tallest Parking Spot, by Graeme Lottering!
It's the size of one car and stretches into the sky like a medieval tower. Crazy, eh?

Salut.
Is it a composite photograph?
yes, it is.
badly done. But I only spent 3 minutes on it, so I don't feel so bad.
C'est qui, ça?
Question:
Between Kanto, Kinki, and Chubu, which district would be best to live in?
to anonymous:
well, all those regions cover vast areas. (actually I never even heard of 'kinki' region, but when i looked it up it gave me 'kansai', which is definitely the more common name)
Both Kansai and Kanto have bigger cities than Chubu. Kansai has better weather since it is further south, and has more historical sites. Kanto, has Tokyo and Yokohama, big metropolitan cites. Chubu is quieter and covers the most area. You could live in areas as different as Nagano in the mountains, Nagoya in a flat plain, or Kanazawa on the sea. It's huge. There's a lot of stuff to see, but generally the weather is snowy in the winter, and the cities (except for Nagoya) are smaller. One major benefit is that in Chubu you can find some of the best ski hills in the world.
